Lívia has been a partner with PINA AMENDOEIRA since 2014.
She is experienced in the areas of corporate and commercial law and urban planning law, with a special focus on real estate investment and urban and land-use planning issues. She advises real estate developers, builders and investors, domestic and foreign, in respect of their real estate projects, including hotels, shopping centres, golf courses and tourist attractions of various kinds.
In her corporate practice, Lívia advises national and international companies on general management issues, corporate creation and restructuring events, and regulatory matters. In her commercial practice, Lívia prepares and advises on asset and share purchase and sale agreements, shareholder agreements, leasing contracts, distribution agreements, agency agreements, franchising agreements, and other commercial instruments.
Prior to joining PINA AMENDOEIRA as an associate in 2012, Lívia was an associate in the EU and Competition Law department at Vieira de Almeida & Associados from 2007 to 2011. She did an internship in the corporate finance department at Clifford Chance in Barcelona in 2007. She was an associate in the commercial and corporate law department at Garrigues Portugal from 2004 to 2005. And she completed her traineeship at Abreu, Cardigos and Associados from 2002 to 2004.
